Competition Rules - Advent Calendar 2024
Article 1: Organization of the game
The Castafiore company, whose head office is located at 11 Av. du Colonel Bonnet, 75016 Paris, is organizing a competition entitled "Advent Calendar 2024" , accessible from https://castafiore.fr/pages/calendrier-de-lavent . This competition will run from 11/21/2024 to 12/22/2024 inclusive .
Article 2: General conditions of participation
Participation in the competition is open to any natural person:
• Aged 18 or older at the time of participation.
• Resident in France or internationally, unless local restrictions prohibit this type of competition.
• Having a valid email address and a valid phone number.
Participation is free and without obligation to purchase.
Excluded from participation:
• Employees of the organizing company and its partners involved in the implementation of the game.
• Members of their respective families (ascendants, descendants, spouses).
Each participant is allowed to play only once. In case of multiple participation, only the first one will be taken into account.
Article 3: Terms of participation
To participate in the competition, participants must complete the form provided for this purpose on https://castafiore.fr/pages/calendrier-de-lavent , by providing their full contact details (first name, last name, email address and telephone number).
Any participation that is incomplete, erroneous or does not comply with the conditions of these rules will be considered invalid.
Article 4: Lots at stake
4 boxes of 4 balls are up for grabs, each with a unit value of €80 excluding VAT .
Each box will be awarded to one winner by random drawing, for a total of 4 winners .
Article 5: Designation of winners
The draws will take place on the following dates:
• First draw: 01/12/2024 .
• Second draw: 08/12/2024 .
• Third draw: 12/15/2024 .
• Fourth draw: 12/22/2024 .
The draws will be made randomly among all participants registered before each draw date.
Each winner will be informed by email or telephone within 5 working days following the draw.
Article 6: Award of prizes
Prizes will be sent to the postal address provided by the winners when they entered, within 30 days of the results being announced.
The prizes may not be exchanged for a sum of money or another prize under any circumstances. The organizing company cannot be held responsible for any defects or damage occurring during the transport of the prizes.
Article 7: Liability
The organizing company cannot be held responsible in the event of:
• Malfunction of the site or tools used to participate in the game.
• Fraudulent participation, which will result in the cancellation of said participation.
• Force majeure resulting in a modification, suspension or cancellation of the competition.
Article 8: Personal data
The personal data collected as part of this competition are necessary to manage participation and the allocation of prizes. They are intended exclusively for Castafiore.
Participants have the right to access, rectify and delete their data, which they can exercise by contacting contact@castafiore.fr.
Article 9: Acceptance of the regulations
Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of these rules.
Article 10: Modification or cancellation
The organizing company reserves the right to modify, shorten, extend or cancel the competition at any time, without notice, in the event of force majeure or for reasons beyond its control.
Article 11: Applicable law and jurisdiction
These regulations are subject to French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Paris jurisdiction.
