Shipping methods, fees and delivery times

All Castafiore orders are prepared with the utmost care and shipped via secure, signature-required delivery, ensuring optimal protection for your jewelry.
All orders are insured for the full value of the jewelry.
All orders are shipped in fully discreet and unbranded packaging, ensuring complete confidentiality regarding the contents of your shipment.

MAINLAND FRANCE

Delivery is free within mainland France for orders under €10,000.

  • Paris (intra-muros): home delivery by courier.
  • Orders ≤ €2,000: Colissimo delivery with signature.
  • Orders > €2,000: DHL delivery with signature.
  • Orders from €10,000 to €30,000: DHL delivery with signature, charged €49.
  • Orders > €30,000: delivery by a specialized secure carrier, with pricing available upon request.

Delivery time: 24 to 72 business hours.


    EUROPEAN UNION + SWITZERLAND

    All deliveries within the European Union and Switzerland are handled by DHL with signature.

    • Orders ≤ €2,000: shipping fee €29.
    • Orders from €2,000 to €5,000: shipping fee €39.
    • Orders from €5,000 to €10,000: shipping fee €49.
    • Orders from €10,000 to €30,000: shipping fee €69.
    • Orders > €30,000: delivery by a specialized secure carrier, with pricing available upon request.

    Delivery time: 2 to 5 business days.


    REST OF THE WORLD

    International deliveries are handled by DHL with signature.

    • Orders ≤ €2,000: shipping fee €49.
    • Orders from €2,000 to €5,000: shipping fee €69.
    • Orders from €5,000 to €30,000: shipping fee €120.
    • Orders > €30,000: delivery by a specialized secure carrier, with pricing available upon request.

    Delivery time: 3 to 8 business days.

    Customs duties and local taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.
    Castafiore cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

    Customs Duties

    Depending on your country of delivery, customs duties and/or local taxes may apply upon receipt of your parcel, in addition to the price displayed on our website. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary according to each country’s regulations.

    Within the European Union, no customs duties or specific customs formalities apply.

    For deliveries outside the EU, as a general indication: in the United States, customs duties are typically around 15% of the value of the jewellery. In Switzerland, no customs duties apply; only the local VAT rate of 8.1% is payable.

    Only pieces that are more than 100 years old and properly documented as such may qualify for an exemption from customs duties.

    Order tracking

    Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.

    When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your Colissimo or DHL tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
    We work with selected logistics partners under specific agreements regarding the nature of the items shipped and delivery time commitments.

    Please note that if you order jewelry from different creators or sellers on Castafiore, items may be shipped separately.
