At Castafiore, we want your purchase to be a smooth and worry-free experience.
If your jewelry does not meet your expectations, you have 14 business days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return shipping is free of charge.

How to return an item?

The return process is simple and quick:

• Visit the returns page

• Log in using your email address

• Select the item(s) you wish to return

• Submit your return request

• Our team will assist you through to the completion of your return

Inspection and refund

Each returned piece of jewelry is carefully inspected by Castafiore’s experts to ensure it is in proper condition and compliant.
Once the inspection has been completed, your refund will be approved.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
For credit card payments, the refunded amount will be credited to your account within 48 to 72 business hours after the return has been approved.
