Returns & Refunds

At Castafiore, we want your purchase to be a seamless and enjoyable experience.

If your jewelry piece does not meet your expectations, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.

• Return shipping is complimentary for orders delivered within France.
• For international orders, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, together with their jewelry box, certificate, and all accessories provided.

Exceptions 

Returns and refunds do not apply to:

• purchases collected in person (showroom in Paris or purchases made during physical events);
• creations that have been resized, personalized, or otherwise modified at the customer's request.

Orders Shipped to the United States

For orders delivered within the United States, the withdrawal period is limited to 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

How to return an item?

The return process is simple and quick:

• Visit the returns page

• Log in using your email address

• Select the item(s) you wish to return

• Submit your return request

• Our team will assist you through to the completion of your return

Inspection and refund

Each returned piece of jewelry is carefully inspected by Castafiore’s experts to ensure it is in proper condition and compliant.
Once the inspection has been completed, your refund will be approved.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
For credit card payments, the refunded amount will be credited to your account within 48 to 72 business hours after the return has been approved.

• Castafiore shipping boxes are recyclable and reusable for returns

• Return shipping is covered by Castafiore
