Buy a piece of jewelry

To make a purchase, click on the product of your choice, click on “Add to cart” then on “Proceed to payment” in your cart. Then simply follow the checkout steps. Fill in your shipping information, your payment method, your payment information. The validation of your order is effective when the payment is validated. Once the availability of the jewelry is confirmed, the jewelry you have purchased will then be sent to the delivery address that you have indicated. Delivery & tracking

Where does Castafiore deliver her treasures?

Castafiore delivers worldwide. For countries outside the European Union, our teams will tell you the import and delivery rates applicable to the country in which you reside.

What are the delivery methods?

The Buyer has the choice between several delivery methods: • Home delivery by courier only for Orders delivered within Paris • Home delivery by La Poste Colissimo and DHL for Orders delivered worldwide, in order to provide the best service. All packages are insured at declared value.

How to track my order ?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email indicating your Colissimo or DHL tracking number. Using this number, you will be able to track your order directly by connecting to the website of our carriers, La Poste Colissimo or DHL, with whom we have made specific agreements concerning the nature of the objects and deadline commitments. You will also be able to take contact our services to find out the tracking of your delivery by going to our order tracking page.

My package is lost. What to do ?

After the delivery time indicated when placing your order, in the event of non-receipt, we invite you to contact our services at contact@castafiore.fr . Our teams will immediately process your request.

Return & Refund

You have 14 working days after receipt of your package to return your purchase if it does not suit you. We invite you to follow the procedure below:

1. I go to the returns page

2. I provide my email or telephone number, and my order number

3. I select the item(s) I wish to return

4. I validate my request

5. I receive an email with my return label

Each returned product will be checked by Castafiore experts. The refund will be validated once the condition and conformity of the jewelry are proven.

Castafiore postal boxes are recyclable and reusable for your returns.

Create my Castafiore account
