Buy a jewel

To make a purchase, click on the product of your choice, click on "Add to cart" and then on "Proceed to checkout" in your cart. Then simply follow the steps to checkout. Fill in your shipping information, your payment method, your payment information. The validation of your order is effective when the payment is validated.

Once the availability of the jewel is confirmed, the jewel you have purchased will be sent to the delivery address you have indicated. We are here to answer all your questions about contact@castafiore.fr.

Delivery & tracking

Where does Castafiore deliver its treasures?

Castafiore delivers all over the world. For countries outside the European Union, our teams will indicate the import and delivery rates applicable to the country in which you reside.

What are the delivery methods?

The Buyer can choose between several delivery methods:

- Home delivery by courier only for orders delivered within Paris

- Home delivery by La Poste Colissimo and DHL for orders delivered worldwide, in order to bring you the best service.

All parcels are insured for declared value.

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email indicating your Colissimo or DHL tracking number. Thanks to this number, you will be able to follow your order directly by connecting you on the site of our carriers, La Poste Colissimo or DHL, with which we passed specific agreements concerning the nature of the objects and the commitments of times.

You can also contact our services to know the follow-up of your delivery by going to our page of follow-up of order.

My package is lost. What can I do?
After the delivery time indicated in your order, in case of non-receipt, we invite you to contact our services on contact@castafiore.fr. Our teams will immediately process your request.

Return & refund

You have a period of 14 working days after receipt of your package to return your purchase if it does not suit you. We invite you to follow the procedure below:

1. I go to the returns page

2. I fill in my email or my phone number, and my order number

3. I select the item(s) I wish to return

4. I validate my request

5. I receive an email with my return label

Each returned product will be checked by the experts at Castafiore. The refund will be approved once the condition and the conformity of the jewel is validated.

The Castafiore boxes are recyclable and can be reused for your returns.

You will be reimbursed by the same means of payment used to pay for your order. In the case of payment by credit card, the amount of the order will be credited to your account within 48 to 72 working hours after your refund has been made.

Is my payment secure?
Your payment at Castafiore is managed and secured by Stripe which uses 3D-Secure technology. A double verification of the transaction will be sent to you to validate the payment.
