Step 1
Have your jewelry appraised with our online tool or make an appointment in Paris so that our expert can give you an initial estimate.
2nd step
Once your appraisal is approved, send your jewelry to us or drop it off at our Paris address. It will be cleaned, polished, and photographed before being listed on our website and promoted on our social media.
Step 3
Your jewelry is sold! You will receive your payment 15 days after the sale is confirmed; this period includes the buyer's legal right of withdrawal.

No. The initial valuation can be carried out remotely, either online using our valuation tool or during a video appointment with our expert.
If you wish to proceed with the sale, you can then send your piece of jewelry to our Paris showroom in a secure and insured package.
No. If you have them, they can help facilitate the appraisal, but not having them does not prevent you from selling your piece of jewelry.
Yes. Before the sale is listed, a sales mandate is drawn up between you and Castafiore. To put together your file, we'll ask you for a piece of ID, a bank account statement (RIB), and the signed sales mandate. If you have the original invoice, a certificate, or any other document related to the jewelry, we invite you to include those as well, but they are not required.
Payment is made by bank transfer after your jewelry is sold and once the buyer's legal 14-day withdrawal period has passed.
Yes. As long as your jewelry hasn't been sold, you can decide to stop the sales process.
If this request is made before 6 months, a flat fee of €18 will be charged. This corresponds to the services carried out before the item was listed for sale, in particular cleaning and polishing the jewelry when these have been performed.
