Hans Hansen

Hans Hansen  Hans Hansen (1884-1940) started his workshop in Kolding, Denmark, in 1906. His son, Karl Gustav Hansen (1914-2002), began leading the Hans Hansen workshop in 1940 after his father's death. Their pieces are known for their clean lines, smooth forms, and functionality, embodying the principles of Scandinavian design. Their work is represented in major museums in New York and Europe.
