The sapphire is accompanied by its Carat Gem Lab certificate specifying: Natural Ceylon sapphire, intense blue color, unheated. The sapphire is surrounded by 14 8/8 cut diamonds for a total estimated weight of 0.70 carats. French hallmarks: Eagle's head and dog's head for platinum.
