La pieza presenta un zafiro rosa ovalado ( 2.30 ct) engastado en el centro mediante un engaste tipo bisel fino, que aporta seguridad sin restar brillo a la gema.
Rodeando la piedra central, se dispone un halo de diamantes talla moderna (0.45 ct) dispuestos de forma simétrica con engaste tipo grano o pavé tradicional, enmarcados por delicados contornos con milgrain (granulado artesanal), característico de la joyería de inspiración Art Déco.
