Chimera ring yellow gold old cut diamond 18k gold ring (750°/°°) depicting a chimera's head holding an "Old European Cut" diamond weighing approximately 0.95 carat in its fangs, estimated to be LM VVS quality. Note several marked scratches on the diamond. Probably French work circa 1890. Very fine quality of chiseling reminiscent of the work of prestigious houses such as Wiese or Plisson et Hartz. Finger size 58.5 Gross weight: 12.57 grams
