Antique oval ring in 9Kt rose gold (hallmark: clover), decorated with a cornelian plaque engraved with an intaglio representing a winged Cupid seeking a heart between thorns, surrounded by the inscription: "Rien Sans Peine". Probably Italian work from the 19th century. Newer ring.
