Very pretty jewel of beautiful quality set with old-cut stones in unusual shapes and therefore rare and sought-after. Foreign work from the beginning of the 20th century. Presence of a partially erased 18K hallmark. Finger size 54.5, resizing possible Gross weight: 3.90 grams
