Art Deco diamond ring bandeau
Band ring in 18kt yellow, white and rose gold (hallmark: eagle's head) set in its center with an 8x8 cut diamond in a shoulder of two rose cut diamonds. French work, Art Deco, Circa 1935. Gross weight: 3.21g Finger size: 53 1/2 (diameter 17.00/ US 6.50). Pattern height: 0.80cm Condition: slight micro scratches on the gold parts, slight abrasion of the diamonds, see photos. L' Art Deco was largely influenced by Cubism represented in France by Georges Braque. One of the founding works of this pictorial movement is Marcel Duchamp's "Nude Descending the Stairs".
