An 18-carat white gold and rose gold ring, featuring a two-strand band that ends in two opposing spiral motifs in white gold with beaded edges, set with rose-cut diamonds, as well as a round Old European cut diamond mounted in prongs, weighing approximately 0.25 Carats.
French craftsmanship
Note: This ring is very typical of the style of the 1880–1900 period, i.e., the late 19th century (the Napoleonic III and Third Republic periods). The antique horse-head hallmark confirms this early dating (1838–1919). The rose-cut diamonds, as well as the Old European cut solitaire diamond, are also quite typical of this period, attesting to high-quality artisanal goldsmithing.
The diamonds are beautifully white, and the ring radiates a stunning overall sparkle that creates a truly stunning effect.
The shape of the ring may also resemble a treble clef.
