At the center, a large old-cut brilliant-cut diamond is held in place by 8 prongs. The bezel is delicately openworked with small, stylized leaf motifs, and the band is a round gold wire. Total diamond weight: approximately 2.15 carats. Estimated quality: G.VVS.
