Art Deco Platinum Engagement Ring (hallmark: Mascaron) , set in its center with an old-cut diamond, weighing approximately 0.70 Ct (estimated color J, purity P) supported by two old-cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.55 Ct and 0.50 Ct (estimated color K, VS and SI purity). Surrounding of old-fashioned and 8x8 cut diamonds whose total weight is estimated at approximately 0.45 Ct. Circa 1930, Art Deco. Gross weight: 4.61g Finger size: 50 (diameter 15.90/US 5.25). Pattern height: 1.00cm Pattern width: 2.00cm Condition: slight micro scratches on the gold and platinum parts, shock and missing on the central diamond, slight wear on the setting, see photos. The diamond crystallizes between 150 and 750km under the Earth's mantle. At this depth, the pressure is more than 50,000 times higher than atmospheric pressure.
