Crowned Pink Diamond Daisy Ring
Daisy ring in 18Kt yellow gold (hallmark: owl), set in its center with a crowned rose-cut diamond weighing approximately 0.50 Ct (Estimated color I, estimated purity P1), in an entourage of rose-cut diamonds weighing at total approximately 0.20 Ct. A table cut diamond in the entourage. Stones mounted on foil. Victorian work, from the beginning of the 19th century. Gross weight: 2.79g Finger size: 52 (diameter 16.50 / US 6.00) Pattern height: 1.20 cm Pattern width: 0.90 cm Condition: very light micro scratches and wear on the gold parts and the setting, natural inclusions, shocks, and gaps in/on the diamonds, see photos. The rose cut is one of the first faceted cuts of the diamond , developed in the 16th century. It is composed of 3 to 24 triangular facets arranged in a dome on a flat base.
