Old ring in 18kt gold and silver (owl and swan hallmark), decorated with square amethyst cabochons in a setting of rose-cut diamonds. Total weight of diamonds estimated at approximately 0.25 Ct. Work from the beginning of the 19th century. Gross weight: 5.98g Pattern height: 2.70 cm Finger size: 55 (diameter 17.50 / US 7.20). Condition: slight wear to the setting, slight oxidation and micro scratches on the gold and silver parts, see photos. Legend has it that the nymph Amethyst, pursued by Dionysus, implored Artemis for help. Our ancient girl power figure turns her into rock crystal.
