Marquise ring in 18kt pink gold, decorated with rose-cut garnets, mounted on a paillon. Regional work from Perpignan, 19th Century. Gross weight: 2.85g Finger size: 55 (diameter 17.50 / US 7.05) Pattern height: 1.70 cm Pattern width: 1.10 cm Condition: oxidation and slight micro scratches on the gold parts, slight chipping on the stones, mobility of the central motif (characteristic of the model), see photos. If the dark red color, called pyrope garnet, is the most represented, garnet exists in many shades: green-yellow it is called demantoid, green – tsavorite, orange – spessartite and hessonite, purplish – almandine.
