Brooch 18 karat gold rabbit bestiary. Brooch in the shape of a rabbit eating a carrot with its paws. The carrot is formed from a coral stick. The animal's eye is represented by a round ruby. The metal is worked to imitate the rabbit's coat. Brooch from the 1970's, probably made for Tiffany & Co, France.
Eagle head and SR goldsmith hallmarks (cat for Edouard Richards who worked for Hermès, Boucheron, Fred, Tiffany).
