Rare round brooch in silver and vermeil, set with a pink shell cameo (giant conch) representing an antique woman in profile in a beautiful starry surround of turquoise cabochons and small pearls. Work of the jeweler H. Pollak (Vienna, Austria) from the 19th century. Sold with its original signed case. Unsigned brooch. Gross weight: 6.90g Height: 2.80 cm Width: 2.80cm Condition: slight micro scratches on the silver parts and the cameo, wear on the case (a cord is missing), see photos.
