Old Austrian pink shell cameo brooch, turquoise, and pearls on silver

Rare round brooch in silver and vermeil, set with a pink shell cameo (giant conch) representing an antique woman in profile in a beautiful starry surround of turquoise cabochons and small pearls. Work of the jeweler H. Pollak (Vienna, Austria) from the 19th century. Sold with its original signed case. Unsigned brooch.
