Rose gold and malachite signet ring

Old signet ring in 18Kt rose gold (hallmark: owl), decorated with a beautiful hexagonal malachite plaque. 19th century work (Russian?). Gross weight: 5.17g Pattern height: 1.80 cm Pattern width: 1.40 cm Finger size: 53 (diameter 16.75 / US 6.40). Condition: very light micro scratches, oxidation, and traces of soldering on the gold parts, abrasion of the malachite, see photos. Malachite is part of the carbonate family. Its main deposits are located in Israel, Australia, Chile, Zaire, the United States, France and Russia. Green in color, it has light, dark or black veins.
