Pendentif en or jaune 18 carats en forme de cœur est réalisé en or satiné et s'ouvre à l'aide d'une charnière sur le haut, possédant deux compartiments pour conserver des souvenirs. La face avant est ornée de motifs floraux ciselés se terminant par trois demi-perles supposées fines, et trois motifs en pampille sertis d'un rubis, d'un saphir et d'une émeraude. Une couronne de feuilles de laurier entoure le pendentif. À l'arrière, la couronne est également présente avec un fond en or lisse.
