Locket in rose gold, green gold, and diamonds
18-carat rose gold and green gold locket, stamped with a horse’s head Hallmark. Originally a small ladies’ watch, this charming antique pendant features, on one side, an engraving of a bouquet of flowers, the centers of which are set with small rose-cut diamonds, all delicately chiseled. On the other side, there is a smooth, faceted glass pane. The bezels are crafted from green gold and delicately engraved with floral motifs. The side with the glass opens via a hinge at the top, revealing a compartment designed to hold a photo, a memento, or a lock of hair—much like a vintage locket. The diamond-set side opens to reveal a gold dust cover delicately engraved with initials. The winding mechanism is still intact, and the ring serves as a bail.
