BALENCIAGA watch in 18-carat yellow gold, made in France in the 1970s.
The oval-shaped case is accented with an elegant design of braided gold threads. The gold dial, adorned with Roman numerals, is signed “Balenciaga Paris.”
Quartz movement.
The bracelet, also in 18-carat yellow gold, consists of oval links.
The watch is signed “Balenciaga Paris” on the back of the case and bears the number 088. It features the French eagle Hallmark as well as the 750 Hallmark, certifying the 18-carat gold content. It also bears the Balenciaga import hallmark.
Note that this watch, new from stock, is part of a limited series produced by Balenciaga and belonged to a former store manager at the House.
