A CARTIER "Santos Vendôme" watch featuring an 18-carat yellow gold insert set into a steel case—the design that made the Santos a hit in the 1980s. For this curvaceous model, Cartier plays with symmetry by arranging the studs on the bezel in a slightly uneven pattern.
