Charming heart pendant in rose gold 9Kt (hallmark: trefoil) and 18Kt gold clasp (hallmark: owl), whose front face is entirely paved with diamonds the total weight of which is estimated at approx. 1.90 cts, and the back engraved with floral motifs. Victorian work from the late 19th century.
