Rare Louis purse, purse, in 18Kt yellow gold (hallmarks: ram's head, owl on the bail) entirely chiseled with scrolls and floral motifs. It opens and closes using a sliding chain system finished on either side with a pompom. French work, Circa 1819-1838, Restoration. More recent bail. Gross weight: 23.46 g Height: 5.50 cm Width: 4.40 cm Condition: slight micro scratches and oxidation on the gold parts, slight denting, missing and repair mark on the back, see photos.
