18-carat rose gold pendant, with a horse's head Hallmark. A charming vintage pendant, this rose gold piece features a faceted mounting and is adorned on one side with finely engraved initials. The dust cover is made of gold. On the other side, a mechanical watch with a white enameled dial features Roman and Arabic numerals for the seconds. The pendant is sold alone, without the display chain.
