Oval photo-holder medallion in 18 kt yellow gold (eagle's head hallmark) decorated in its center with an agate cameo representing an antique woman spinning wool, surrounded by pearls, probably fine, and golden twists. French Victorian work from the 19th Century, unidentified maker's mark.
