Rare “Au Firmament” pendant, opening medallion in 18 Kt yellow gold (hallmark: eagle's head) adorned with guilloché blue enamel decorated with floral motifs and silver stars set with rose-cut diamonds in a double surround of probably fine pearls. Secret compartment on the back opening with a spring clasp system, and containing a blue fabric. Original glass on the back. French work from the 19th Century. Numbered bail and medallion. Gross weight: 27.56 g Height: 5.80 cm Width: 3.30 cm Condition: very good condition, very light micro scratches and oxidation of the gold and silver parts, see photos.
