An 18-carat yellow gold marquise ring, diamond-shaped in the marquise style, featuring four oval-cut Burmese rubies (unheated) at its center. The rubies are framed by a diamond-set diamond in the shape of a diamond, set in a platinum setting. The shank is finely engraved with a scroll motif. The shoulders of the ring also feature an openwork scroll design, each ending with a diamond on either side.
