Necklace four rows of falling coral with a clasp in 18 karat (750 thousandths) gold. Necklace antique set of four strands of drop coral pearls. The color of the pearls is orange with shades of light to dark orange. The necklace closes with a large ratchet-box clasp set with an elongated coral cabochon. Necklace antique, circa 1940. Owl hallmark (French State hallmark for 18 karat gold) Length: 43 cm  Note: the necklace has been entirely threaded with new silk threads. Weight : 61.66 gr Point gemmologie : Coral is a gem of organic origin. Only the limestone branching trunks of certain corals are used in jewelry. Its color is due to organic pigments close to carotene: ranging from blood-red to white, via angel-skin pink. Today, most coral species are protected by CITES, the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora.

Returns:
You can return your order within 14 days after receipt of the package, provided that the product has not been worn and that the jewelry has its original packaging (label, plastic and pouch).

Authentication & Certification

Charlotte Rey and Anne Borde help individuals who ask themselves a thousand questions when selling their jewelry(s). How much is it worth on the market? Is it solid gold or gold plated? How to identify stones? And, after all, what if it came from a prestigious house?

With the jewel in hand, the founders of Castafiore determine the nature of the materials, the weight of the gold, the carats of the stones, etc. They are also looking for the trace of a hallmark, a sign of a possible renowned jeweler.

This expertise then gives rise to a digital certificate of authenticity registered in the Blockchain (GoodsID), in other words traceable and unfalsifiable; it will accompany the jewel throughout its existence, over the course of its owners.
