18-carat white gold ring adorned with a VERNEUIL sapphire (synthetic sapphire created by Mr. Verneuil at the beginning of the 20th century. It allowed a greater number of people to acquire important rings at much more accessible prices. It is surrounded of 20 rose-cut diamonds. Very pretty basket finely chiseled with small circles.
