Delivery and returns

Deliveries:
The Buyer has the choice between several modes of delivery:

  • Home delivery by courier only for orders delivered within Paris.
  • Home delivery by La Poste Colissimo and DHL for orders delivered worldwide, in order to bring you the best service.

All parcels are insured for declared value.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email indicating your Colissimo or DHL tracking number. Thanks to this number, you will be able to follow your order directly by connecting you on the site of our carriers, La Poste Colissimo or DHL, with which we passed specific agreements concerning the nature of the objects and the commitments of deadlines.

Returns:
You can return your order within 14 days after reception of the parcel, provided that the product was not worn and that the jewel has its original packing (label, plastic and bag). Only the jewel is refunded.
